Try to refill the pool frequently with a hose. For outdoor pigs they should have a small hut where they can have shelter from the hot sun.

The hog or pig can be farmed using various types of pens. Farming pigs from outdoors poses various types of problems but when we consider small scale or family purpose farming it has been possible to manage these problems. Particularly the hogs suffer 'heat stress' in high temperatures and have no sweat glands to naturally cool themselves. This is why they roll in mud or water and we think this is the nature of a swine. To cool themselves pigs require access to water or a bulk area of mud such as wallow.
